Nous avons reçu jusqu'à présent des commentaires très positifs de la part de nos invités, et les clients sont extrêmement satisfaits du déroulement des deux voyages Softcat. Les équipes ne tarissent pas d'éloges sur tous les efforts que vous avez déployés sur place pour assurer le bon déroulement du voyage malgré les conditions météorologiques difficiles pour le groupe 2 ! Je suis sûr que vous êtes déjà plongé dans le prochain projet, tout comme nous, mais je tenais à vous remercier avant que trop de temps ne s'écoule. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable et souhaitons prendre un moment pour souligner l'expérience exceptionnelle que nous avons vécue avec notre chauffeur et guide, Amit. Amit est vraiment remarquable. Il est incroyablement agréable et possède une mine de connaissances sur l'histoire et la culture de l'île Maurice. Tout au long de notre voyage, il nous a fait part de faits et d'informations fascinants d'une manière naturelle et captivante, sans jamais nous submerger, mais toujours avec beaucoup de tact.
Nous avons passé une journée merveilleuse. Kritish s'est montré très serviable et nous a fourni de nombreuses informations tout au long de la journée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans le sud. Nous serons ravis d'avoir à nouveau Kritish comme guide pour les activités restantes. Nous attendons jeudi avec impatience.

om is a great guide! Very passionate about his job and with a great knowledge. He told us all the history of Mauritius while showing us the main historical points. Before we started the day he wanted to hear from us first to better shape the day based on our needs and interests. This was much appreciated! He always smile and very entertaining. So thanks a lot for providing us with such a great guide!

We loved learning how to cook traditional Mauritian food and how they cooked using the wood on the fire. The food was delicious and they were very welcoming.
David was informative when we walked around Port Louis and he pointed out various places along the journey that we didn’t already know.
Deven drove carefully and very good. We are very pleased 🤩 Every trip with you guys has been absolutely wonderful! Yesterday’s trip with Deven is no exception. We are thrilled and very happy about everything you arranged for us. A big thank you from all of us!

Hi there, Haris was a fantastic tour guide. He was professional, his car was exceptionally clean, and he provided us with a lot of great information about the city and Mauritius. We also really enjoyed the botanical gardens! While interesting overall, we didn’t feel as though the market was a safe place for tourists. We’d be happy to provide additional feedback on a survey if you provide one.

We had a wedding in Mauritius on 23.10. and our wedding coordinator David from the Emotions team was absolutely fantastic! From the first day he communicated with us with a smile, was extremely professional and at the same time human. On the wedding day, he took care of absolutely everything – from the preparations, through the beautifully conducted ceremony to the little things that created the perfect atmosphere.
He was not only an organizer, but also a person who could calm us down, make us laugh and make us feel that we were in the best hands. His attitude, energy and dedication to his work are absolutely exceptional. The entire Emotions team does an incredible job – thanks to them we really enjoyed our wedding and everything was exactly as we dreamed.
He also took us to amazing places where we laughed so much with him and we will remember him for the rest of our lives.

Hi, everything was very nice, we can't pick up just one thing. Vom is an excellent guide, he told us a lot of interesting things about the history of Mauritius. It was a pleasure having him as a guide and a driver. And all of the other people from agency on the boat trip were very pleasant, so we really enjoyed every part of the journey.
Just wanted to let you know how much Jackie and I enjoyed Vom's company on our trip out today. He was informative, knowledgeable, always cheerful and fulfilled our wish list for the trip. Please pass on our appreciation.

A huge “thank you” for being such a fantastic host and ambassador to the island of Mauritius. From the moment we arrived and you singing the National Anthem to the very end, you shared your passion and love with us all. It was brilliant to see how the 3 of you; David, Rakesh and yourself worked so hard to create a truly special experience for us all. Our Mauritius holiday was simply perfect thanks to your amazing team! From the warm airport welcome to smooth transfers, everything was well-organised. A special thanks to Martina, who was always available, friendly, and incredibly professional — she made our stay worry-free and helped us with every detail, from planning excursions to our return transfer. The driver was also wonderful, sharing great insights and creating a memorable experience. We travel a lot, but Martina truly stands out with her kind heart and dedication.
