✓ Receive all requests from Tour Operators and handle them in a timely and effective manner as per individual Tour Operators’ profile
✓ Process bookings for the predefined markets/tour operators which are under your supervision
✓ Master all hotels & suppliers’ rate sheets and special offers
✓ Work on the company’s online B2B booking engine
✓ Liaise with the Operations department for providing guidelines regarding the bookings as well as follow up during client’s stay
✓ Acquire full knowledge about hotels and excursions
Job requirements:
✓ HSC with a min. of 2 years’ experience in a similar position (DMC/HOTEL/TRAVEL AGENCY)
✓ Team spirit, methodical, multi-task oriented
✓ Willing to work during odd hours
✓ Fluent in both English & French (spoken & written)
✓ Knowledge of our island’s history, culture and touristic venues is a definite advantage
✓ Preferably living in the Plaine Wilhems
