We are seeking a motivated, organized, and service-oriented Airport Operations Manager to lead our team and ensure that every arrival and departure reflects our company’s signature of high standards.
As a key member of our Operations’ Department, you will oversee all activities at the airport, ensuring that guests receive a seamless, professional, and heartfelt welcome from the moment they land until departure.
Main Duties:
- Supervise and support the airport team
- Ensure quality, punctuality, and service excellence at all times
- Coordinate with drivers, guides, and internal teams for smooth operations
- Oversee grooming standards, counter presentation, and brand image
- Liaise with airlines, airport authorities, and operations for updates and reports
Requirements:
- Min. H.S.C./BAC+ 3 with a proven track record in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Proven experience in airport or hospitality operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluent in English and French (a third language is an advantage – Spanish or German)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
- Computer literate and comfortable with reporting and coordination tools
- Valid and clean driving licence
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak flight hours
