Our drivers are the very first ambassadors of Emotions. They represent the warmth, professionalism, and soul of Mauritius every time they welcome a guest.
Main duties:
- Operate airport transfers, inter-hotel transfers, excursions, pick-ups and drop-offs according to company standards.
- Drive safely and efficiently, following Emotions’ quality and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition (clean, well-presented, equipped, and branded with company materials).
- Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and courtesy during every guest interaction.
- Assist guests courteously with luggage, comfort, and inquiries throughout their journey.
- Represent Emotions’ grooming and presentation standards.
- Respect and uphold all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the company and tour operator partners.
Requirements:
We welcome both experienced drivers and new candidates willing to learn and grow.
- Min. S.C. with or without experience
- Hold a valid and clean driving licence for cars and minibuses.
- Be fluent in English and French (any additional language is an advantage).
- Demonstrate strong defensive driving skills (patient, alert, and composed under pressure).
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings, evenings, and overtime as required.
- Be team-spirited, reliable, and respectful to colleagues and guests.
- Have a genuine passion for Mauritius and enthusiasm for sharing it with others.
- Maintain an impeccable grooming at all times.
